The modular OsteoEarth training spans 18 months (February 2027 to October 2028), linking clinical anatomical understanding with immersive practice on the mat.

Level 1 Foundation

Basic Practitioner

📍 Location: Hamburg (Zentrum zum Leben)

Module 1: Principles of the Body (Feb 19–21, 2027)

Laying the foundation for subtle and functional touch. You learn palpatory training fundamentals, enter the "silent dialogue", and experience the body as an interconnected system. (Also bookable as a standalone taster module).

Module 2: Lower Body (June 04–06, 2027)

Structure & foundation: Assessment and tangible techniques for feet, knees, hips, sacroiliac joints (SIJ), pelvis, and sacrum.

Module 3: Central Body (Oct 08–10, 2027)

The central axis: Mobilization and balancing techniques for lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine, transitions, and the myofascial center.

Level 2 Advanced

Advanced Bodywork Practitioner

📍 Location: Hamburg (Zentrum zum Leben)

Module 4: Respiratory System & Organs (Feb 11–13, 2028)

Entering visceral bodywork. Exploring connections between diaphragm, respiration, internal organs, and autonomic nervous system regulation (vagus activation).

Module 5: Upper Body (June 02–04, 2028)

Focusing on shoulder girdle, thorax, neck, and arms. Clear and responsive protocols for shoulder impingement and chronic neck tensions.

Module 6: Dynamic Techniques (Oct 13–15, 2028)

Rhythm & flow. Harmonic oscillations, rocking, and wave-like movements inspired by traditional bodywork for effortless, flowing sessions.
