Anatomical precision from osteopathy & manual therapy combined with the depth of traditional floor bodywork. A modular 18-month professional post-graduate training for bodyworkers, therapists, and movement educators.

The Method: What is OsteoEarth Bodywork?

OsteoEarth bridges the gap between the anatomical and clinical principles of osteopathy & manual therapy and the tactile depth of traditional Eastern floor bodywork (such as Thai Yoga Massage / Nuad). Sessions are practiced fully clothed on a comfortable floor futon.

Through the precise leverage of body weight, gravity, and mindful pressure (hands, feet, and elbows), you learn how to release deep-seated myofascial restrictions effectively, safely, and with minimal joint strain for your own body.

Your Instructor: Matthias Beuthe

For over 15 years, Matthias Beuthe has combined clinical anatomy with intuitive bodywork in his private practice in Hamburg-Altona and as an international lecturer across Europe and Asia.

Modular Curriculum (Level 1 & Level 2)

The program consists of two sequential levels, each comprising 3 weekend modules (Friday to Sunday). Each module is self-contained and focuses on a clear anatomical theme.

Level 1: Foundation • Certificate: Basic Practitioner

Module 1: Principles of the Body (Feb 19–21, 2027)

Palpatory fundamentals, entering the "silent dialogue", posture and ergonomics on the mat, somatic interconnectedness. (Also bookable as a standalone taster module).

Module 2: Lower Body (June 04–06, 2027)

Structure & foundation: Assessment and tangible solutions for feet, knees, hips, sacroiliac joints (SIJ), pelvis, and sacrum.

Module 3: Central Body (Oct 08–10, 2027)

The central axis: Precise mobilization of lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine, transitional junctions, and balancing the myofascial core.

Level 2: Advanced • Certificate: Bodywork Practitioner

Module 4: Respiratory System & Organs (Feb 11–13, 2028)

Visceral & autonomic connections: Interplay between diaphragm, breathing mechanics, internal abdominal organs, and vagal down-regulation.

Module 5: Upper Body (June 02–04, 2028)

Shoulder girdle, thorax, neck & head: Unwinding chronic cervical tensions, shoulder impingement, and tension headache protocols.

Module 6: Dynamic Techniques (Oct 13–15, 2028)

Rhythm & flow: Harmonic oscillations, rocking, and wave-like movements for seamless, effortless treatment choreography.

Weekend Seminar Times

Friday

10:00 AM – approx. 6:00 PM: Arrival, centering, theory & intensive practical techniques

Saturday

10:00 AM – approx. 6:00 PM: Anatomical deepening, technique demos, hands-on partner practice & coaching

Sunday

09:30 AM – approx. 3:00 PM: Integration, sequencing, flow practice & final circle
