2005 – 2012 Foundation & Medical Science

The Craft of Physical Therapy

My journey began in 2005 with a three-year professional physical therapy training, graduating in 2008. Since then, I have worked with dedication as a state-licensed physical therapist.

In subsequent years, I expanded my clinical foundation with post-graduate training in Manual Therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and functional myofascial taping. Yet beyond joint biomechanics, I observed daily in practice: underneath pure mechanics lies a much deeper, subtle level of self-regulation and neuro-fascial unwinding.

2013 – 2016 Global Practice & Traditions

Formative Years in India, Japan & Southeast Asia

To broaden my understanding holistically, I spent formative years living and working abroad. In 2013, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Trimurti Yoga in India and lived in Japan until 2016, treating patients and teaching as a bodyworker and lecturer.

During intensive residencies in Thailand and Laos, I spent hundreds of hours studying traditional Thai Yoga Massage within the renowned Sunshine Network — progressing from attentive student to assistant and experienced educator.

Mastery & Synthesis Bridging Two Worlds

OsteoThai Master & Osteopathy Studies

A major milestone in my practice was completing the two-year intensive diploma as an OsteoThai Master. Here, the flowing, rhythmic pulse of traditional bodywork harmonizes with the subtle listening principles of osteopathy.

To bring these manual experiences to the highest anatomical standard, I completed my 4-year professional training as an Osteopath (certified by BAO guidelines) at the Osteopathie Schule Deutschland (OSD) in Hamburg in 2024.

Today My Method & Teaching Concept

The Birth of OsteoEarth Bodywork

From 20 years of clinical and traditional practice evolved my own teaching and treatment system: OsteoEarth Bodywork.

OsteoEarth is the essence of these paths — freed from unnecessary dogmas and focused on the essentials: therapeutic confidence, anatomical precision, and complete mindful presence on the mat.

The Four Pillars of OsteoEarth Practice:

01. Functional Safety

Clinical knowledge from physical therapy for clear, low-risk, and effective hand placements.

02. Osteopathic Palpation

Refined sensory training to perceive tissue motility, fascial lines, and cranial rhythms.

03. Rhythmic Flow

Harmonic oscillation and rocking techniques from OsteoThai for effortless physical ease.

04. The Silent Dialogue

A calm, listening holding space that allows the autonomic nervous system to downregulate and deeply let go.

Gratitude to My Teachers & Mentors

Deepest gratitude to my teachers and inspirations across the world – including Irene, Pichest, Takis, David, Arno, Laurino, Jörg, Itzhak, Ralf, Mike, Jack, Rosemary, and many more companions on this path. Their dedication has cultivated the foundation upon which my work rests today.
