Hello, I'm Matthias.

I am a Physical Therapist, licensed naturopathic practitioner for physiotherapy (Heilpraktiker), and completed a 4-year professional osteopathy training (BAO-certified). I am the founder of the OsteoEarth Bodywork method.

I offer individual sessions at "Zentrum zum Leben" in Hamburg-Altona. Both in my practice and in my trainings, I bridge solid anatomical knowledge with the intuitive sensitivity of traditional mat-based bodywork. We listen to the tissue with our hands, sensing tension patterns and gently inviting the body into self-regulation and sustainable ease.
